Welcome to TeamOnTime. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the operational partnership between TeamOnTime ("we," "our," or "us") and your agency ("Client," "Partner," or "you"). By engaging our services, you agree to the following elite performance standards.
01. Services Scope & Engagement
TeamOnTime provides premium white-label engineering and digital fulfillment services exclusively for agencies. Our engagement is structured to provide high-performance technical assets, including Shopify development, WordPress delivery, and Technical SEO audits, acting as an invisible extension of your internal team.
02. White-Label Execution
All deliverables are provided under strict white-label protocols. TeamOnTime agrees to remain anonymous to your end clients. We will utilize your agency’s communication frameworks and project management tools to ensure a seamless and unified brand experience for your clients.
03. Payment Terms & Commercials
Commercial agreements are structured on a per-project or dedicated pod basis. Invoices are issued in USD or INR, with a standard payment term of 15 business days from the date of issuance. Failure to meet payment timelines may result in the temporary suspension of active production cycles.
04. Delivery Timelines & Revisions
Project milestones and delivery dates are established at the onset of each engagement. We provide a guaranteed sub-2 hour response time for operational queries. Each project includes a predefined number of revision cycles to ensure the final output meets your agency’s exacting standards.
05. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Confidentiality is the core of our partnership. Both parties agree to protect all sensitive information, including client identities, project specifications, and internal workflows. This commitment is further reinforced by our Standard NDA protocols.
06. Intellectual Property
Upon full settlement of all project-related invoices, the intellectual property rights of the deliverables are transferred to the Partner agency. TeamOnTime retains no rights to the code or assets developed, except for the purpose of internal quality assurance and process optimization.
07. Liability Limitations
TeamOnTime is committed to engineering excellence; however, we are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from platform-level shifts or third-party service failures. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific project in question.
08. Termination Protocols
Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days' written notice. In such events, all work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and transferred to the Partner agency upon payment.
09. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings related to our operational partnerships shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
